- Sharon was a civilian department head for the Navy, working at NAS Cecil Field and Naval Station Mayport, Florida.
- Sharon worked temporarily as Business Manger, U. S. Consulate in Saudi Arabia
- Sharon has over 30 years of Real Estate Experience in the Florida area
- Sharon is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps
- Sharon is an accomplished artist, working in watercolors, oils and acyrilic
- Sharon has performed in international/national television commericals and films
- Sharon was Vice-Chairman, Board of Directors, JAX Navy Federal Credit Union

- Active in Jacksovnille Semper Fidelis Society, assists Marines returning from Iraq/Afghanistan or other veterans to find employment and other assisitance as needed
- Worked for 15 years doing publicity with the River Garden Nursing Home to raise funds for the care of the elderly
- Served on four commisions for the Jacksonville Mayor's Office to advise the Mayor on business, equal employement
- Worked with the American Cancer Society publiciizing the "Great Duck Race" fundraiser
- Worked with Learn to Read project at the Naval Station, Mayport
- Set up a program for folks in wheel chairs to work as Dispatchers for the Fire Department at NS Mayport
- Publicity Chair for Symphony Guild/Delores Weaver Open House Fundraises for Ms Weavers Children's Programs (Ms. Weaver co-owner Jacksonville Jaquars Football Team)
